Micromil customers have the right to know whether or not their data is subject to treatment and if they are subject, to know what treatments are performed on their data. The data is only used to send pertinent information about the services and products that Micromil markets. At any time, the customer may cancel or change the data through the links inserted at the end of each email sent. This cancellation is immediate.

When you choose to subscribe to Micromil’s newsletter, your personal data is accessed by third parties via the Mailchimp platform, which accesses the data you have shared with us. Once again, we remind you that you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Regarding the contacts received through the Job Application page, Micromil will keep the CVs received for a maximum period of 2 years.

The customer may also oppose the use of his data for the purposes of direct marketing. Under the terms of the Personal Data Protection Law, the data subject is entitled to access, update, rectify or delete their personal data, by means of a written request to the e-mail info@micromil.pt. It will be processed within a maximum of 20 business days.
